REFUND POLICY

At DilkashbyAhmad, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. All our outfits are tailor-made according to your size and preferences. We use premium fabrics and our highly skilled artisans work for several weeks on each dress, to ensure they get all the details right.

Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, the down payment for any purchase is non-refundable. We do not offer any refund or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

We invest a considerable amount of time and funds to kick-start any dress making process. This includes research, material purchase, fabric selection and so on. This puts a financial burden on our organization – and that’s why we require a down payment or full payment to cover the cost. Moreover, this also puts us at a financial disadvantage in case our clients require refunds or want to exchange their dress.

To ensure customer satisfaction and good relations, we may be able to offer half of what the client pays for the dress.

All claims for workmanship defects, shortages, and errors must be made in writing, accompanied by photographs of such defects, within three (3) calendar days of the product(s) being delivered. Failure to make a claim within this period of time will constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the products and a waiver of any kind of claim. All products are inspected before shipping. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or shortages incurred during transit. The client must inspect the products upon arrival and make claims for any damage, loss, or shortages during shipment or in transit directly to the carrier. We are not responsible for any freight-related claims; however, we may assist the client in this process at our sole discretion. No products can be returned to us without our written consent. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that any customized dresses will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, as these items are specially designed for one particular customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason, the customer needs to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled, and the full payment will be retained.
